Excellent recipe & process 👏 I could almost smell & taste the yummy chanas. And yes, kaley chane naal chawal sabton wadiya lagtey ne. When I make kale chane, I don't use tomatoes & the tadka is desi ghee vich jeera & hing. I guess it's such little variations that make cooking personal & enjoyable. Well done, ladies!

In this video you look more beautiful than usual...kala channa masala is called kadala curry in Malayalam.. we in Kerala eat it with puttu... Your recipe is very different from how we cook it here... I will try this with "puttu" next time.... Thank you once again Queen Amrita

She is not specialist I don’t believe because she made a big mistake mustard oil must be heated first otherwise it has a very bad smell and is not tasty ,which she has forgotten and it’s a big mistake.
