What I love most about this man is that he's not even a lawyer. He is, by his description, "a farmer in Rongo" which is in Migori county. My man Isaac Alouchier. He's a walking encyclopedia on the Katiba. Oh, and please don't get him started on matters of Christian religion. I'm not sure there's anyone in this land who knows scripture as well as he does.
