Enjoyed the video, from an American perspective, when I first arrived I thought this is like camping out all the time, I agree with all you say, I greatly admire the simplicity and quality of the food and flavors, the fresh air of out doors, and it is really wonderful to do and see things done differently, that is what makes all of this such an adventure, going to markets is one of my favorite things to do, I have struggled on some of the food, but little by little I find tiny steps I am able to eat more and more variety, frogs 🐸 will be the next challenge. A few observations I would like to put out there for thought. 1. When I came here I remembered my military training that there is usually a reason why things are done a certain way, as you have said details matter, to my initial surprise, most people prefer the indigenous foods natural to the environment, even considering many plants, insects and animals to be a delicacy, 2. The pepper 🌶️ is in just about all dishes, at first it was difficult but gradually I am getting better at eating extremely hot pepper dishes, I eat like they eat because I believe it is important and I believe the peppers 🌶️ serve some important practical purpose purpose, but I find overtime i prefer the food to be that way. What are your thoughts?
