Isagi just showed the results of his training. The others around him will improve in the game but it was just very fulfilling to see him just go out an demonstrate his calibre. Also isagi thinks how ego and noa want a striker to think, and that is to always have a path towards a goal. Isagi saw the path and acted it out perfectly. The other footballers and coaches have different philosophies or spins on that philosophy. It is the battle of those philosophies that create the growth of the players

I would say at present isagi is the more effective player (goals assists defensive actions). Reo had more ability in his locker (passing ranges and shots techniques, effective positions)

This might be a long read but if anyone’s willing to read it, go ahead. I think people who think isagi’s evolving too fast haven’t been paying attention. This is has been about the built up in his skill as a striker. This is literally the first goal he scores since U-20 and ever since then he’s been training hard. The match with FC Barcha was a match where isagi was working on his observation skills and how to assess situations. Manshine city was a match where he developed his playstyle and playmaking. Now this match is for him to score goals actively as a striker. And also for people who think he’s getting good at meta vision too fast, please go back and read the manga. Since the earliest developments mainly the matches after second selection, isagi has used meta vision unintentionally, you can look back at some panels and see that he has the same exact meta vision eyes. Isagi’s practically always been using it time to time without exactly understand it but it’s because he’s used it in the past, he has a pretty ok foundation with the ability, so now that he finally understood what meta vision really was from Kaiser it’s helped him use it more effectively. To add onto that he’s been doing nothing BUT abusing meta vision during manshine. Abusing and constantly using meta vision for isagi was obviously going to help him improve extremely fast especially if he used it during training. Constantly putting meta vision to use is the best way possible for him to improve and evolve it and since now he has a body that can match up with himself and his own thoughts, he can out perform others who are physically better. It makes sense, because isagi was only getting fucked over by Kaiser and other people beat him last match because his body couldn’t keep up with himself. Think of it like having terrible ping in a game. In manshine, isagi was lagging a lot, but now he’s fixed that connection and has that better ping to keep up with his plays. Isagi evolving at exponentially high rates makes sense because the stuff he uses has always been there, he just has to fully understand how it works before he takes off with it.

Isagi’s skill set is better than Kaiser’s, Kaiser is just physically above Isagi which makes him a tad bit better, and what makes it worse is that Kaiser has stopped Isagi from scoring multiple times because he’s a douchebag, a respectable douchebag though. Now that Isagi’s physical stats have increased his skillset will become better, his speed power dribbling etc etc, plus he now can shoot with his left leg, so right now I’m definitely placing Isagi over Kaiser just because we saw last match Isagi is more skilled than Kaiser and Kaiser even admitted it, but Kaiser was above Isagi physically which allows him to be a better striker, but now Isagi’s physical stats are close to Kaiser’s plus he has the lefty shoot so now Isagi is above Kaiser because Kaiser only has the kaiser impact, but Isagi has lefty direct shoot, direct shoot & backwards heel direct shoot

I've seen some people think that Bastard will lose this match but I actually don't think so. I think it will be the opposite (or hope so anyway) Isagi needs his match to shine brightly for once and losing here will 100% take away from it. I cant predict any goals but I think Bastard München will win against Ubers but will then go on to lose against PXG. Rin has kind of been in the back burner since the Neo Egoist Arc started and IMO he's still Isagi's #1 rival. Not Kaiser or Barou. So I think Rin will probably make some kind of massive stride or evolution against Isagi in their match which will give him the victory and prove why he's still Isagi's #1 rival.

We clearly saw Isagi attempting and being able to accurately pull off a left legged direct shot before this 'lefty shoot' being introduced. This makes me think that the left legged shot is actual a power shot like Kunigami's instead of a direct shot. Direct shot only works on incoming balls or balls in the air but the ball was stationary when Isagi hit it so I'm thinking it's a power shot. Plus Isagi would never be able to achieve a power shot like Kunigami or Noa especially if he tries to use the accuracy of direct shot so it wouldn't make sense as to why the Lefty Shoot goal went so far into the net unless it was a power shot.

He's improved his dribbling, he has a stronger physique, he's improved his metavision and he also has kurona by his side. Ness won't be there to pass to kaiser and Lorenzo's marking kaiser, so he probably won't be able to score. Although i still think Ubers will take the win, because Niko and aiku won't obviously just stay there and not do anything, they'll most likely develop metavision and prevent Isagi from scoring the third goal.

its due to their lack of evolution, the past games they havent been challenged to much and mostly lorenzo and barou have been wiping the other teams. Plus its because they were caught off gaurd expecting him to slow but with his superior vision and prediction he could read that and easily pass through them. tbh i dont like the fact that the author gave isagi the ability to shoot with the left, as it is kinda awkward to say he learned it with kunigami because shooting with the non dominant foot is really dificult, it's not something you learn with two weeks or a month of training, it takes a lot of time to take and kick competent shoots cos it's not only weaker most people dont practice and or only shoot with it when passing or being forced to. it's a nitpick tho, still love the chapter
