I know Isaiah Sadowski personally and can speak that something like this was bound to happen. He ran a business that was a borderline scam in a legal grey area and roped in several people to throw under the bus whenever necessary. He also created a “drunk drivers society” to try to clear his name. You should feel 0 sympathy for this person as he has been destructive to himself and others his entire life and has avoided responsibility at every turn. If he was truly sorry he would take the jail time instead of running and always making excuses.

I went to middle and high school with Isaiah and was at one point really good friends with him. He would drive to school drunk, proceed to drink throughout the school day and then drink afterwards. This was bound to happen one day or another. He has absolutely 0 remorse for anything he has ever done and for driving over 100 miles an hour while intoxicated included and committing murder included.

I don't get exactly what miscarriage of justice happened here, other than poor legal representation. He admits to drinking under age, admits to driving intoxicated, and admits to the accident. Other than paying out a settlement through an insurance policy, he has run from the consequences of his actions and sounds like he's just shifting the blame on everyone else and making excuses

If you google the case...you find that he is accused of driving over 100 mph on a 45 mph speed limit road and supposedly had a BAC of 0.13 hours after the crash.... so weird he is implying that the other driver is also at fault (victim blaming). Also getting bad news around christmas time is not an excuse, I got bad news around the holidays last year, but I did not get drunk and commit crimes and did not kill someone.

"I am an air b n b Host and bring value to the community". Really? I"m a 19 year old and did not have to struggle for a law degree so I am treated unfairly." Did I miss something or at what pount in the interview did he take responsibilty for his actions or even a shred of remorse for his actions resulting in the death of a woman.

This kid hasn’t even come close to being mistreated by the justice system. A white male from a privileged part of Kansas City Kansas has no room to say it. He isn’t sorry in the slightest and I feel for the family that was affected that will probably never be able to get closure on the situation.

He’s not White he’s Jewish I had two friends who lived next door to him (he lived between their houses) his dad wore a Yarmulke. If you know about Jewish religion and their views on non Jews it makes it pretty obvious why he has no remorse for what he did to this poor old woman. He has Jewish privilege.

He is the worst of the worst and shouldn’t have even been given an interview. For a guy that talks about how he’s so much different it’s very shocking that he had one of the craziest deals I’ve ever seen. Found guilty of second degree murder and has to pay the family 1 million in insurance money is beyond astonishing. Then creates all these lies and issues which is even more concerning since he openly admitted to having a behavioral disorder. All of this is wrong and just plain awful to see a man talk about being better but at the end is still wearing all of these nice clothes with a big smile after scamming people and his business partner in the past. One last detail to share is that when the Russian and Ukrainian war first popped off he had told me “Good luck in WW3 soldier” all because I’m in the Marine Corps and because he thought it was funny. That is the man who did these terrible and horrific acts and is now smiling in front of all of us in a foreign country acting like he’s anything but guilty.

As a recovering alcoholic, over 35 years sober, it seems Isaiah learned nothing in his time in AA. I suggest he go back to AA and truly give his life over to God. God’s will be done, not Isaiah’s will be done.

So I actually attended group therapy with Isiah in Olathe, Kansas. He is a privileged, very confused young man who has met his sobriety with some zeal, but is afraid of going to prison. I would be as well. The argument becomes quite difficult when you look up the case, it’s mentioned below that he was going over 100 mph. In my personal opinion, that is turning your vehicle into a weapon with “life-ending” potential. The miscarriage of justice is that he is not present for justice to be carried out, allowing the family some closure. I’m not a psychologist but I’ve long suspected anti-social personality disorder in our conversations. The child is a sociopath, in my opinion.

he’s a murderer. point blank period. he made the decision to get behind the wheel drunk, so he should accept the consequences of his actions. i’ve never seen someone so delusional.

Really good video and intelligent interview. Obviously, Isaiah Sadowski comes from a much more privileged background than most who are completely railroaded by the justice system as you were. Public opinion is that if you have enough money to afford the best attorneys then you won't go to jail. Interesting to see that this isn't always the case. Glad you took the time to do this video.

Rich kid trying to evade justice for his crime... how did he get a passport? How was he not placed on a no fly list and as a flight risk?? I see that he now has a $10 million bond in Johnson County kansas. They will find his little ass.... daddys money only goes so far.

I have empathy for the legal situation he's in, but there's some stuff that really bothers me. I did not hear him take accountability. "I drove a car while under the influence, that was wrong. I was involved in a lethal car accident, i feel bad for that person and their friends and family". There's never any excuse for driving while drunk, and all I heard was the explanation that he'd just got cheated on. While I do not know the details of who was at fault, he did something illegal and should be punished for that. I don't find the reasoning that he does more good for the community outside relevant to that.

Also he definitely grew his beard and hair out before this interview only to shave it off... this will be interesting to see what happens with this case now that he has a $10 million bond. Joco will definitely find him

When Isaiah was talking about driving around with mom as a kid it felt so much like Reid from Criminal Minds having a flashback to his childhood. My heart goes out to everyone stuck in limbo like this. It sucks. Mine was an internal prison (medical stuff) but the feeling is the same.

That was an interesting video. This case is local to my area, and I didn't know anything about it. I hope a reasonable resolution is found so he can come home, complete his consequences, and move forward with his life without having to be on the run in foreign countries the rest of his life.

if 'we both ran a red light', were 'we' both drunk? 'Cause the drunk guy is responsible for vehicular manslaughter and the guy who wasn't drunk is dead. Thanks for this interview. It's a great perspective to understand whether you think his position is justified or not. It's an important service to bring perspectives for why someone runs instead of facing 'justice' and I love your content!

The US justice system is weird with the plea bargains and what se prosecutor is seeking. In european systems there are no bargains, maybe some 10% off if the suspect helps the police from the get go. And the prosecutors job is to show what the prosecution (police) thinks what happened without any political agenda. Judges can then upgrade or downgrade the sentence topic as they see fit. E.g. murder to manslaughter. And generally first timers are given conditional or short sentence (approx level of US plea deals if i understand correctly). It is not good to be punished or feeling like gambling with your life by having a full and fair trial. It surely leads to false positive pleas. The jury system in the US is far superior though, you really need good evidence for a sentence to pass. Or more accurately the "beoynd reasonable doubt" is taken much more seriosly in the us.

Happy Heavenly Birthday Barbara! Today, would have been your 78th birthday and all who loved you were robbed of your continued friendship, humor, love and we miss you! The accused, who chose to day drink into the evening then get into his car excessively speeding and hits your vehicle exhibits no remorse. I am outraged he has vanished our country becaue he feels he deserves a lesser charge for a first time offense. I take solace in knowing he will not be able to return to the US when his parents/friends pass and can't provide comfort to them in their final hours. Isaiah, in case you are reading, know that Barbara's injuries were not sustained from EMS "dropping" her as you state, it was from blunt force TRAUMA and impact from the motor vehicle accident. Oh, and Isaiah, man up!

I think his problem with the justice system was the fact the DA wanted to charge him with vehicular murder and give him 20 1/2 years when vehicular manslaughter was 4 years.

I dont think you're heading your channel in the right direction. You should keep working the normal ex-con. Showing real stories of people getting casual jobs out of prison and creating a new life for themselves. Right now, it feels like youre projecting a bubble of social media influencer that used to be in jail. A bit harsh but it's honest and I believe in your cause.
@jonathansmith-r4z5 ай бұрын
court documents show that he had a tendency of driving drunk. therefore you were considered “a danger to society”. for instance, lets go back to the day of the crash. the evidence shows that you were drunk the whole day. (maybe that’s why you have no clear memory of it). going over 100 miles over the speed limit while intoxicated and snapchatting BRAGGING about how fast you were going. doesn’t sound like a one time mistake thing. also, if you look in his website, he dared to post the victim’s toxicology report and accused her of drunk driving. even though in the report it says that it was under legal limits. while yours was 0.13 over the legal limit HOURS after the crash. he even dared to say the police “dropped” her on the ground and that killed her and not the accident. and now he comes on here and says they both ran a red light? he does NOT take accountability. he does NOT think he killed her. and he does NOT want to go to jail. he just wants whatever he wants and is not willing to cooperate with the law. also if you look him up on public records, you can see he also violated a protection order several times. after the crash. (could be this “fiancée” he’s talking about). also, on the Nov 1st incident… on his website you can read the document and it does not say the girl was with him. she said he told her he “shouldn’t be driving” “im drunk ngl” and apparently she submitted those text messages to the police. and that is why you got labeled as “a danger to society” so maybe idk, read? do some research. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR PLATFORM. all he does is lie and run from accountability.
