I am older with a dodgy knee but I love to dance (USED to love to dance...) and somehow this got suggested to me. That was really great! I’ve never heard of this dance but it looks like fun. It’s very ‘nose over toes’ and definitely is all about returning to bent knees in order to be ‘ready’ for the next move.
