I was a yoga teacher for years and got saved/left that lifestyle. I traded my sport for hockey/ice skating. The desire to stretch is still there but I do it pure of heart, to get ready for the ice. Not doing asanas or pranayamas anymore because of Jesus. I feel so free! Yoga really made me angry and never brought peace.

Hey Angela I useto go to AA/NA meetings. Yes they helped me but now I got saved and baptized in 2021. I recently stopped going because I'm married now and I don't feel like I'm a part of "that group" anymore. Plus everyone there isn't trying to be saved or get married. There mostly men and woman who stay single in there 30s. There is so much new age in meetings, yoga, astrology etc. I brougbt up God in my testimony and Jesus and some girl made it a point to tell me " we have a higher power we can identify with" lmao. That's not surrendering at all! Not only that God for bid u bring up Christ in a meeting you'll have ppl bash u. My last straw was when I heard the meeting chair bring up gender identity. Because there was one trans person so they didn't wanna offend them. I feel like the lgbt activists are gonna hijack those meetings and they will stray away from the message just how they took their focus off God. Can anyone relate as a Christian man I'm glad I stopped going. Of course my sponsor thinks I relapsed cuz i dont go but I told him I do Bible studies now and service at church. Alot of new age is in meetings when they need to be focused on Christ!

I ran into the same thing but almost every one there smoked and I am not a smoker. I have a friend that is 57 to 58 that smoked for years and now she is on oxygen. Doctors had only giving her 1 to 1&1/2 years left to live. She could use your prayers to and her name is Tina. Oh and she finally quit smoking about 6 months ago. I was on pain pills and klonipin off and on for several years but I have been off pain pills for almost 2 years and off of klonipin for 4 years. The only thing that I take it off and on is Kratom and I don’t take it every day. I take it for pain and depression instead of taking pharmaceutical anti depressants. It’s a natural plant related to the coffee family and I would rather take it than the pharmaceutical meds. I deal with a chronic disease that is the third most painful disease and I suffered from back surgery 4 years ago or so. I could barely walk or stand until I had my back surgery and now I can stand and walk without being in severe pain. Anyways I feel like God is telling me to quit or to taper down off Kratom so I could use all the prayers I can get. I quit taking Kratom a month and a half before my major back surgery. But I had a major abscess in 2022 that I had 4 surgeries over a 3 month period and since I have been taking a lot more Kratom. The surgeries was worse than passing a kidney stone and it took me 5 months to recover from the abscess. I had an inch and a half in diameter and an inch and a half deep hole in the middle of my back. It was terrible. Include me in your prayers. There I wrote a book sorry, but I felt like I had to explain. Thanks and God bless.

I do not go to meetings any more, for the same reasons. The NA community do not understand how you could stay clean without NA. But all glory to God; he broke the chains. It is really sad where those meetings are headed.

I posted a dream I recently had to the livestream but if was rather hard to post because I had to break it up a lot. It aligned with your livestream. Here it is again. I had a dream where the world had no light. No sun, no moon, no stars. The only light came from these orbs that people were holding. The orbs had a dark glowing purple light and emanated evil. I was desperately trying to tell people the orbs were a false light and not to look at them but the people were hypnotized by the orbs spell. I prayed desperately and suddenly God's supernatural light appeared and his light shined everywhere and most people cowered and wanted the orbs dark light back as they ran and screamed but some were snapped out of the orbs spell and cried out to God with tears in their eyes, thanking him for the light. This was the end of my dream.

I used to do guided meditations to meet my “spirit guides” in new age and I used to see dark blue things which I would describe as “orbs of energy” (they were balls but had energy strands emanating from them, almost like when you see those electrical things in glass at science fairs…you can touch the glass and the electrical current goes up to meet your hand). Thank the Lord that I ended up seeing “shadow people” (they were humanoid like in a Spider-Man suit that were completely pitch black) which I now understand to be demons. I mostly saw them near my friend who is still heavily into New Age, Reiki in particular (I think I may have been allowed to see them to protect my baby daughter). Anyway, very long story short, it all lead me back to our wonderful Lord 🥹 and I am sooooo grateful. Thanks for sharing your prophetic dream 🤍

Great message that everyone should listen to be aware of the “dark evangelism” that’s happening in the world today. ​​i dont agree with "grounding" technique but i do think we can go outside and be in touch with God's creation to be in touch with Him...When I want alone time with God I go outside and I garden or I sit on the grass and I talk to God. It isn't worshipping the creation. And we talk about counterfeits. That's probably why that is a technique in the first place to connect with the Earth and connect with other spirits or the Earth's energy or whatever to distract us from connecting with who created it. But its just as we put on worship music..to invite the holy spirit in the room and connect with God is how I see it.

Grounding is fine. Its about the electrical contact to the earth. Its basically de-staticing yourself. It helps break the cycle of cellular inflammation particularly in the heart. Its electrical, not spiritual... unless you do yoga while grounding i guess. We need to ground ourselves because most of the time we are either indoors with insulated floors or wearing rubber shoe soles. The static builds up over time as free radicals that damage cells. You dont even need to go outside as there are grounding mats/bracelets you can buy that plug into a power socket's grounding pin. I use them myself.

Grounding is kind of weird, and I know God designed being outside to be healthy for us. Science has helped show that digging around in the dirt is good for us because of microbes that help our immune systems. So, if we are stewarding the plants and animals like we're supposed to, we get those benefits that God built into His great design. God is so good!

Many people don’t know this But before the process of taking gold and silver out of the ground multiplied, exponentially to where it became money, our soil was so fertile because of it. Once they started taking golden silver out of the ground and emptied it of it, or soil, turned our food into nothing. As grounding is weird, don’t we need air and water and food. Doesn’t our body produce electricity like a 9 V battery? If God made it from the dust of the Earth, then the earth has a purpose for us. We don’t walk on the ground anymore I never take my shoes off at a park! God is amazing. God is all knowing! And if you have no problem, taking your shoes off at the beach, then you shouldn’t have no problem taking your shoes off in your own backyard. But most of all, and the most important thing of all ask this. Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus, I ask this of you. Is grounding, beneficial to my health and well-being, and is this something that you had purposed for us Your children.? Lord, is this of You? Lord, I do not want to be deceived, and I totally rely on Holy Spirit to lead me and guide me and teach me Your ways and Your will in the mighty majestic name of Jesus Christ, our and coming King❣️ With that being said with this new stuff about minerals and vitamins and how important it is, isn’t that coming from the ground? You can’t grow it off of trees meaning that you can’t eat 10,000 apples to not get sick. Because they have manipulated our food in so many ways that is a reason why we need minerals and vitamins. The pharmaceutical company does not want to heal us. They want to maintain us until we die. All the while making them billionaires. And just because you do not know the scientific ways of how grounding works, didn’t you go barefoot as a child? Ask the Lord to show you the truth. He will.❣️

I have a genuine question so please no one try to attack me in response. I have always had a natural ability to astral project and lucid dream. I never ask, never tried to intentionally do it. I often wake myself up & pray to GOD to protect me and pray before bed for GOD to protect me in my sleep. Does anyone have an idea of why this is ? I also was always pointed out in churches & from other believers & they always say the spirit spoke to them about me. I’m always in situations where GOD is using people to speak to me. I’ve had friends tell me when they are scared something tells them to call me of all people & I start to pray and it’s like sometimes takes over & they start to cry & tell me it feels like I removed an evil spirit from them. I’ve had prophets tell me I’m meant to exercise demons but I just don’t know where to start. I really need help but when I talk to others they look at me like I’m crazy 😞 idk what to do.

I believe you might need deliverance. It sounds scary I know. But someone once said if the devil is real (which he is) then that means God is real. And it’s a hope we all have, that is He is not only willing but also able to set us free through deliverance. I once heard a preacher say if you ever delt with sleep paralysis or astral projection… that means there was a door opened in the spiritual realm through witchcraft in your family bloodline. And so you have come out of agreement with all witchcraft in your bloodline, repent for any witchcraft sins, bind and cast all demons associated to it in the name of Jesus. I purchased a book not too long ago called Setting the Captives free by Bev Tucker and it completely changed my life. I suggest you buy it and go through the prayers. I don’t think it’s the “energy” that is grounding. I think God’s creation certainly has benefits to our health (sunlight, minerals in the ocean, etc.) and what I’ve heard is that there are magnetic fields in the earth that can have health benefits when we are exposed to them directly. Obviously we raise our children to know Jesus, but i often wonder about how it must be to grow up not finding it on your own. Some people that are "born into it" end up rebelling, ie: Preacher's kids, etc. . Its one thing to have experienced enough to turn to Christ, but if its all you know from birth and have nothing to compare it to, isnt it easier to stray later? I wonder these things though i dont have kids yet. Would love to hear input! Edit** answering my own question lol i guess it comes down to Wisdom and Understanding that is only learned in Christ. For example, if you see other people making mistakes (DUI, relationships), you can learn from others' mistakes.

So outside of spiritual grounding there's actually science that shows that when you stand on bare ground for 10 mins your body discharges and your blood starts to flow better but it's more about the discharge rather than being loaded up from the earth

Thank you for sharing all this information. I realy appreciate and agree but have a question to grounding. I agree we shouldnt worship such things and put it above Jesus. But if we look historicaly, the devil introduced plastic sole in the last century. So doesnt it make sense to undo such 'inventions'? Or why should de devil even come up with such inventions if it wouldnt benefit his long time goals just from a logical pov?

There is another aspect to grounding aside from a "spiritual connection." We have a LOT of radio frequencies and such going through our bodies. If you get a multimeter and test with a grounded connection, you can measure the AC current running through your body. If you touch a 2nd grounded connection, you'll see that drop almost to zero. It would seem that eliminating that current is good for your health. I've seen claims (although I haven't looked into it much yet) that blood flow improves and that can be shown under a microscope. They've said that you can see the difference in the blood cells. So, evidently, it's not just some whacky spiritual claim. Maybe someone who has looked into this can expound... Bueller? Anyone?

I heard about grounding probably last year, and from a science perspective I thought the benefits of being barefoot on the ground were so interesting. And honestly for me it clicked that God intentionally made it that way, remembering the verse that says that all creation speaks of the glory of God. So it honestly saddens me to hear it mentioned in the video as something spiritual and potentially bad cause I have enjoyed it, often talking to God or reading the word while sitting outside. But I guess I will need to take the issue to God, be humble about it cause yes, I agree we should trust and believe in God before anything else 😢I’m just struggling to receive that word
