This was a really good workout, Isa. I started doing Pilates with your videos at the beginning of March. This was the longest Pilates workout I’ve done and I’m proud to say I finished the entire workout. MY BODY WAS SHAKING but I stayed focused on breathing and taking my time with the movements. I’m getting stronger. 💪🏾 THANK YOUUU!!

After doing many of the 20min, 30min workouts, I felt I had the stamina to do this longer one. I would like more longer workouts too, please. Thank you.

I started doing your Pilates classes 5-6 days a week in January. I attempted this class 2 weeks in and I could barely get halfway though the class before stopping. This morning I was able to do the entire class and I felt AMAZING the whole time. Your classes have changed my life COMPLETELY! I am happier in my body and mind than I have been in a long time, I’m so grateful for these classes and how wonderful of an instructor you are!

This was a great great class!!! I love all your classes! Short and long! I would love to see a hip flexor class. I did feel like the tightness in my hips held me back a little.

I'm so glad I found your channel. I have done a lot of pilates in the past, but when you described the string pulling in the knee from the bellybutton, I felt everything change. I have never felt such strong activation in my core and I feel myself getting stronger from your classes. Thanks so much for your amazing classes!!
