Program Overview for ISB MBA Early Entry Option
ISB MBA Early Entry Option is for recent graduates with less than 24 months of full-time work experience, to secure their admission to the flagship ISB PGP MBA program. All the candidates who are selected with this option can only join once they complete their full-time work experience of 24 months.
The ISB MBA Early Entry Option is a great choice for young professionals with clear MBA clarity and goals. The program will give them an early start in their career after the MBA program and can rise up the ladder very fast. The two reasons for fast career growth are their clear goals and early management education from a world-class business school. Additionally, after getting an offer, a candidate can explore and prepare well in advance for the MBA program and post MBA plans as well. This will maximize the value of an MBA program for the candidates.
Program Eligibility for ISB MBA Early Entry Option
To apply through ISB MBA Early Entry Option, you need to have:
a Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline
a valid GMAT / GRE score till the commencement of PGP
less than 24 months of full-time work experience
TOEFL / IELTS (only if the language of instruction at the undergraduate study level is not English)
Application Deadlines
Round 1 - Mid September, Fee - INR 5000
Round 2 - December First week, Fee - INR 7500
Round 3 - January first week, Fee - INR 10,000
Reapplicant Fee
Round 1 - Mid September, Fee - INR 2500
Round 2 - December First week, Fee - INR 2500
Round 3 - January first week, Fee - INR 5000
Admission Fee
The first installment is INR 250000 + taxes and should be paid within 10 days of the admission offer. The total program fee will be equal to the year which the candidate will join and this installment will be adjusted accordingly.
Application Process for ISB MBA Early Entry Option
GMAT or GRE score - A valid GMAT or GRE score in the last 5 years
English Language requirements - only if the language of instruction at the undergraduate study level is not English
Professional Resume - A well-formatted professional resume showcasing your education, work experiences, and highlights of your career.
Letter of Recommendations - 2 recommendations from either your supervisor, clients, or anyone with whom you have worked closely
Admission Essays - The essays involve a deep introspection and should talk about your MBA goals, future plans, why you are the best fit? your contribution to the firm, community, or people around you, leadership potential, and your achievements. All these should be covered with a couple of essay questions.
Personal Interview - This is the final step in the process and will be held on a one-on-one basis. The interview will revolve around your achievements, future plans, MBA goals, leadership, challenges faced so far, situational questions from your past experiences, Why ISB?, how you can add value to the class, and ISB community as a whole, etc.
