Hey Madhuri. First of all, i must say the way you have answered all the questions is amazing. My question is - is it worth doing a PGP from ISB at an age of 41, when you have around 12-13 years of experience. The aim of doing this program is to upskill and benefit financially. If someone at this stage is earning around 30-35 lacs pa, do you think it's a good idea to do PGP from ISB. Would the placement offers be better and would they even consider this experience. Are there rejections with the reason of overqualification?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. No one can predict this! But if you are looking for generic roles which are abundantly hired for, then it shouldn't be a problem for you.

Present iam taking course of bba and after that what should I do to join in isb? i didn't understand about work experience. Hi Anand - ISB needs a minimum of 2yrs workex as of the time you join ISB. Placements after your BBA depends on your current college. All the best👍🏻

Hello Mam, I follow your channel. I had an 3 years work experience now in 2021.planning for 1 year pgp in 2022 . Now I have a little bit doubt on post study placement. It's a kind of kido question but I think having a doubt is not healthy. The thing is what if a person is getting suppose a salary of 4-5 lacs/annum at an medium level role in pre ISB and after completing 1 year, would that person gets pkg of 25-26 lacs?

Heyy maam, as u have mentioned in this video that u have a classmates with 10 yrs of experience or 42 year olds as well. I want to know that such people will placed easily or will they face any problem bcoz of workex. If some has done his/her btech from tier 3 college n mtech in cse from iitb and have a workex of 4 year at Amazon/goldman sach. After that if they want to change their roles to product/project management so is it a good choice to join isb for 1 year?. Will one face any problem of overqualification?. I mean as u can see. What is the lowest package at ISB? with current fee of 40 lakh plus is it worth it. Also what about scholarship?

Yes it is worth it, I've never met someone who went there and regretted it

And your biggest misconception is that the package from campus is a final seal... It's not, your salary can increase by 100 % too upon making a switch..also u can try for off campus jobs too if campus placement wasn't enough for you. . But I don't think it'll come to that also, students at ISB get multiple offers and median is around 32, so lowest should be around 23-24

@@shubhamayush7232 nobody regrets I know unless the person doesn't get job of his/her like but the lowest what I came to know is less than 20 lakh and above 15 lakh but that kind of package is easily possible with other colleges like SP Jain with half the fees. So ROI is much better.

The lowest package changes every year so no one will be able to comment on this with surety. "Worth" has a subjective definition. That said, a package depends on multiple factors such as the company's brand, market economy, expectations of the job, your last drawn salary, etc. With regards to scholarships, it's up to the discretion of the admissions committee, but there are multiple fund pools from which scholarships are offered to students.
