If you want to repeat it after a delay, you can add a simple timer using 555 ic, if you also want to add repeat count, you have to add a microcontroller. I have shown in a next video, how you can use it with microcontroller..

Wonderfully explained. This is a super nifty chip! I never even knew they existed. Is there a chip like this with a microSD flash card reader attached, so you can put say an mp3 or wav file on it and have that play that instead when the button is pressed? It would likely sound much better than one recorded off the microphone right.

Have not tested the distance, but I don't think it will work more than 15-20 feet distance as the output is very low.

Yes we can add a tilt or vibration sensor to it, or a IR sensor can be used.

usually this modules are not bad, i'd suggest you to recheck the wiring once..

Hithis helps a lot. If I record the PAYE button plays back once. But the PLAYL button does the same. It plays back only once, no matter how long I press the button. What can be wrong here? I made no changes to the module. I feed it with 5V from an Arduin power supply.

current requirement for this circuit is very low, it will work in 5v 100ma also, so both 1A and 2A are fine, whichever is available with you.

Hello brother, i'd like to asi you a question, i wan't to build a looper with this module for a music project, i was wondering if i can bypass the microphone to the speaker, as you did in the video, while repeating an audio sample, the goal is to record a sound, repeat it in a loop and then, moving a switch to play an instrument on the top of it :)

Yes, it can be usb powered. You have to make a one time pulse circuit using 555ic.
