Hey Albert I bought this charger recently and I noticed that the dc power mode is not getting pressed. Can you please confirm. I even tried upgrading firmware. Noting worked.

Thanks for this video. It convinced me to get the Q6 Nano. I was worried about the button being a pain to use but I found that if you hold up or down it has the same effect as pushing the center of the button down correctly. You can also press on the top and bottom at the same time for the same result, but I prefer just holding down the top or bottom to select a setting. I can get used to this.

the trick is not to push the center of the rocker button but to press the whole button itself with the pad of your thumb not the tip.

Hi albert, great vid! I'm getting my first charger and trying to pick between this isdt q6 nano and the toolkitrc m6.... The 5v usb output on the toolkitrc makes me think it's the better choice but I've heard toolkitrc products don't last long... Any comments?

i bought this charger cause my old one broke (im gonna repair it when i get the voltage regulator ic from mail), there wasnt any reviews of this charger on youtube when i bought it, im gonna get it in 2-3 days and its cool to see that it has all the features i hoped it would have:)

I haven't tried that in Windows 10 yet. If you're having issues, try running the program in compatibility mode for Windows 7. That usually works for older software.

Fyi push and hold up or down to make selection.. push up down to scroll push hold to make selection. There is no middle button to push.

Hello Albert, I set up the lowest input voltage to 15V (using a 4S battery source to charge), but while charging it went way below my set voltage. Wondering if the chager gives a alarm when the lowest voltage of battery source is reached ? Alternatively, how can I make sure this setting is working any update etc?

I dont have any batteries that have the xd60 connection. Should i look for an adapter? Or just get a bigger battery? If I do get a 6S battery as a DC power source how do I charge that battery?

Ive got this same question. Did you find the answer? Both charger and battery are in the mail and my inexperience caused me to overlook connectors. I just focused on the fact it could charge and balance 6s lipo.

Does it give a alarm on reaching the low voltage of battery that supploea power? I used a 6S as power source and set up 22V as cutoff but it still hoes on charging below 22V. Any suggestions will be great. Thanks

These reviews all have the same deficiency. They assume we want to charge LiPos and they assume we don't want to undercharge or overcharge. A proper review would go through all the available settings for all the available battery chemistries. I'm interested in buying an isdt charger because I need a charger that can handle LiPo, LiFe, SLA and AGM (which require a slightly higher voltage than standard SLA) but I can't find a review anywhere of anyone using them for anything other than LiPo.

Hey Albert, I have own it and I have a tip, for pressing the centre bottom, the easiest way is to push at the same time the top and the down bottoms, push all the bottom itself

Just received mine. There is no actual center button. Just push and hold the up or down button and it makes the selection. Push to scroll, push hold to select.

Discharge lowers voltage to whatever you set it to. Storage will increase or decrease voltage to whatever the set value is.

Unfortunately, I have two ISDT chargers that stopped charging ... One D2 and the other a Q6 PRO ... I don't know if I would buy another one from the same brand, even if it was a cheap version ...

Hi Do you know how I can see the charging current per cell? It only shows me the voltages on each cell, but I don't know how to make it show me how many mAh each cell has charged.

The current shown at the top for the whole lipo also applies to each cell and it's the same because they are all connected in series. That's why it is not shown per cell. It's redundant information. The same applies for mAh as well.

@@AlbertKimTV What a pity. And it's not true what you say, because each cell has its capacity and its resistance, and it differs when it is discharged. So it makes a high capacity battery because of a cell that has been damaged, my example is 3S battery 5000 mAh initially, after uusing, 2 cells have about 4800 mAh, and the 3rd has 2200 mAh. Automatically your navomodel or aeromodel or automodel, you will not use real 2200 mAh. I needed to see the discharge of each cell in part not total, to see what capacity it has and to replace it with a similar one. Because I have many batteries with different cell capacities. Unfortunately from a charger that I thought was something wow because I don't see exactly the capacity of each cell (especially the discharge) makes it a mediocre charger, which had

"It's tricky to hit that center button." I don't think there is a center button you just press all the way depressing the up and down simultaneously and it reads that as select.

This charged one of my 3s cells to 4.5v, then gave me a invalid battery chemistry error and I had to use another charger to discharge it. After updating the software that fixed the overcharging problem but I tried to balance charge a 3s 650 mah and after 5 hours it's was still trying to balance the lipo. It had the volts at 4.1,4.2,4.05 at one point and then after an hour it was at 3.85,4.2,3.8. Terrible

And that damn button, it's like when you load a webpage and try to click something but it's still loading so you click on an ad instead and go back and it keeps happening,, ya that's how using this charger feels lol
