These are very good, sensible tips for making sewing time stress free. Thank you for sharing. One tip from me. I buy the 12x12 plastic scrapbooking boxes at Michaels or Hobby Lobby to store my quilting projects in. They are so neat to stack and being clear, I can tell at a glance what is in each box. So happy I found your channel.😃

I try to practice mindfulness on the task at hand for a very finite period. I do this when looking at my design board or trying to work out of a corner I sewed myself into. After that I like to watch things of interest on tv. Watching something indulgent helps with tackling the less fun tasks!
