In searching, I found only a few places with raws (no English translations, though there's a Russian one that goes to chapter 11.1 under the title "Второй сын аристократа - стал сильнейшим в мире Чародеем!"), with the original title = "貴族次男の成り上がり 魔法を極めて世界最強になった転生者、" / Kizoku Jinan No Nariagari ~ Mahou Wo Kiwamete Sekai Saikyou Ni Natta Tenseisha ~ (EDIT: the Japanese original goes at least as far as chapter 40).

Thanks for the vid, seems like a fun story. Not sure how others feel but i find it a little hard to follow when you use "the one" to refer to someone. It's pretty clunky wording and not a term that I've ever heard used this way in English. That might seem petty but for me, it's enough to completely take me out of the story when I hear it. Edit: I'm starting to wonder if "the one" is meant to be a placeholder, ready to have a description added later but for whatever reason that description was never added
