It actually wouldn’t be much of a fight , Ros can deconstruct Super tier magic just by looking at it - worse he can do so to completed spells(which in Re zero include time stop and death spells) worse he absorbs all that mana from spells and immediately transforms into his spell , in Re Z having Mana works as passive def against magic that isn’t "just blow up things" that why curses that bypass it are dangerous, Ros actually has experience in fighting all kinds of opponents and can cast SIMULTANEOUSLY 6 different spells - it isn’t delaying like Ainz but 6 different spells at same time(like he can cast 6 buffs at same time and then something like 3 debuffs 2 attacks and 1 buff , and there’s spells in Re zero that spawn thousands of projectiles + Ros has many custom spells, is second strongest in physical ability in Lugunica behind Reinhard - which translates to casual lightning-light speed along with fact he can solo Whale despite its near immunity to magic and stalemated Puck Beast form(it’s a cut content that should have been in S1) , is a master of many martial arts including ninjutsu and assassin and a master of all magic , and has a few ridiculous advantages that are spoiler. So Ainz vs Ros : is if Ainz fought Shal with no equipment , spells , prep knowledge, while Shal got 100x times stronger and suddenly became assassin/monk/and many more classes, all while while Shal knows all he can do/will do and actually plans like Demi while being willing to play dirtier than Darkness worst fantasy’s.

Tbf Ainz wouldn't fight him unless he has all information about Ros, because of how his personality works and thats the reason why Nazarick hasn't started doing everything they want, like how many fans claimed they should have done since Season 1 So if it DOES come down to a showoff, Ainz would take the W because he goes far harder for the "Ready Perfectly" mindset than Seiya from Overly Cautious could
