In the particular video wherein you have shared Isha's journey from 3 years of age till today ,one particular pattern I noticed, when Isha was 3 years old and you are asking her to blowout candles ,she is getting frustrated and babbling to you ,if you notice that's exactly the reason why she developed perfect speech by 6 ,7 and 8 years because she was always communicating with you, as she grew her focus increased and she developed speech and this pattern I have noticed in lot of kids who are just speech delayed as well.

Mam apne bete ki threapy ghar me hi karti hun use mild autism h mai ot ka plan lekar ghar me hi karti hun uski speech bhi but language nai h some time 2-3words k sentence bol bhi deta h calm down bhi but mam woh apne chhote bhai ko marta bht h use pyar bhi karta mam yeh behavior bht badh gaya h samjh me nai a raha h kya karun gussa bht h usme aur ek bat mam speech ka plan bhi le sakte h kya???

Don't give gap between question and answer....he will pick automatically answer...in starting Isha does that because understanding issues the....dheree dheere understanding se improvement aaya. What is this?Cat I will make video on eye contact

I did not work on Isha for this....so not very experienced...I have seen that speech therapist so some exercises with the kids for the speech clarity.

Madam my daughter 4 years old... She goes to play school... Doesn't follow teachers instructions there... But at home she follows all the instructions... What can i do madam?

Yes...it's common with these kids...as they have generalization issues....Isha faced same issue around 5 years...they are tuned with our voice but don't listen to others...so what works with me...i never rephrase the sentence or use my voice if some other person is trying to talk to her....slowly she started to listen other people but it took time and now she is able to talk anybody and follows all the instructions.

I can relate my daughter with isha. If she wants she speaks and does every thing. If I say to say something she become quite. Every Directional comment she follows. But when I tell her to seat for study then she is having lots of issue. Sometimes she says I don't want to study, i want to see aunty ( maid). But still she is having question answer problem. If she wants she answer. But she doesn't want means I am unable to do anything...

Maam mera beta 4.6sal ka hai wo apni need bta deta h pr aur bacchon k apeksha nhi bolta aur samjh bhi nhi h aur doctor usko hyperactive aur mild autism usko btaya hai jo chij sikhate hai wo chij bhoolta nhi usko aisa lgta learn kr leta wahi chij bolta rha hai .Jisko janta hai unko dekh kr over excited ho kr jaise skipping krte hai waise jump krne lgta hai .Red color bahot pasand hai aur apple train ko dekhte hi jaise pagal ho jata hai .Kisi ko mar dena pinch krna dant se katna bahot pasand hai . Command lagbhag 30% fallow krta hai aur jo dekhta hai. Jaise use puccho ki papa kya kr rhe hai pahle wo question repeat krta hai fir answer deta hai papa phone se baat kr rhe hai .Jo mere bete me prob h kya isha me bhi kucch aisi prob thi . Agr thi to aapne kaise handle ki kucch tips dijiye

Logo pe aane per khush ho jata hai...to usko language dijiye...like....hurrey maza ayega....Masti time hoga...play karenge....jumping ko language replace karne ka try kijiye... For fixations...remove the things...kafi bacho ko red se fixation hota...replace the things...dusre calour ki...train aaiye....apple wahi rahe but train replace kar dijiye...dheere dheere apple bhi replace kar dijiye..... transition bahut slow rakhiyega....maine Isha ke fixations aise hi kam kiye hain

My son is 1.5 years old..high risk of asd..kuch samajh nahi araha ki itane jaldi diagnosis huwa hai to achha hai ya bura... because I am broken...pata nahi kya hoga ??? Kaisa hoga..

1.5 age is too small...you are in good situation that you came to know so early....give your maximum time in play way based therapy....find his interest and do the same thing which child wants to do....take park on regular basis.
