I enjoy natural food and appreciate it has an effect but there are so many other factors and also people may be affected differently! Trauma, fear, pressure, hereditary patterns, controlling or demanding parents, teachers, loss, failure, relationships etc. Any of these can weigh on the mind and tip the balance. Best thing is to meditate and empty the mind.

I have had an increase in diet balance a significant rise in diet. And also a huge decrease in the pace of the system. It was believed this savant abilities would rise suddenly. It has and reduced into stability. This makes no sense considering the original diagnosis which was introduced previously due to very sudden changes of medication on several occasions. Every thing is improving. Clearly sadhgurus methods work after 15 solid long years at methods. All suffering, anxiety, mood problems, addiction and suicidal ideation was eliminated completely 2.5 years prior to this decrease. Remarkable. The man knows what he's talking about. Though psychiatric team is considering this unprecedented probably in their view ever here anyway

I take one tablespoon of dry neem/turmeric and mix it with roughly the same quantity of water. The turmeric absorbs the water more and I find that I need slightly less. Then the neem is better to mix in the water, soak it for some time, and then roll it into the balls. You can make them fresh daily. For convenience, I keep mine in the fridge. Don't freeze them.

Don't blame genes for everything! Most of the people are irresponsible about their physical and mental health. And many of them have very little will power and deep understanding of themselves. They keep on distracting themselves with all sorts of intoxicants. A lot of mental health problems stem from bad diet, daily routine and not focusing on physical health.

I have been a fun of Sadhugru but I don't agree with Sadhuguru here. My thinking is that the food can come in during the pregnancy of the mother. Because at this stage the nervous system is being formed. Bad feeding can lead to a child with a malformed nervous system. I think the psychological harmony of the mother during the pregnancy and the love and attention received in the home as some one grows up have an effect on the mental health .

My C.T first asked me if I can compramise. I said No to her. Then today in her class she called me and my classmate. She randomly selected a topic and told us to explain it. My classmate is better than me at speaking English in front of everyone. So, she spoken we'll and My Class teacher given her the chance to wear that state traditional dress.
