hello sir.. you said taht you can ask more or less than 5 questions in 5 why study. but I know that, if we couldn't ask 5 questions we couldn't find the real root cause of the problem. so if our questions are finished at 4th step, this means we have not reached the root cause yet. because of this 5 questions are the must of the 5 why study. are you agree or not?

As I said, the number 5 doesn't mean to ask only 5 times the question why, Imagine you asked 5 times but you haven't yet reached the root cause, in this case you cannot stop only cause you asked 5 times the question why. It's the same case for less than 5, some times you reached already the root cause after the 4th question, so it doesn't have sense to ask one more time just to reach 5. The purpose is to find out the root cause not to ask 5 times the question, to do it so, once you reach to root cause you have to check if your turn it off the problem will disappear, and if you turn it on the problem will appear again, then you will be sure you reached the root cause

Thanks for your remark, You are right, I checked it and there is something wrong at the end, but in general the course has already finished before, so I didn't say something important during the last minute
