Good initiative, but try to start from D zero before D1

In this case it will be 9D not 8D. In some books, they are starting to creat some new steps just to buy new books versions, like 5M, 6M, 7M... or 7Muda, 8Muda... etc The most important is the principal, then you can add or split any step into two or 3 steps
