Hi ! I want to try this recipe but in France there is some things that we don't have. Can i make a mango puree myself ? We can't buy it like the one you use but we have mango. And we don't have sour cream, can i replace it with something else ? This looks really good and i want to taste it ! Thanks !

you can make your own sour cream, if you have fresh cream and lemon juice.

Use crème fraiche or Greek yogurt.
