the "he's just a kid" argument doesn't work for me. he's 17, not 12, he knows what he's doing is wrong. I was 17 and I knew that saying misogynistic and racist things was wrong, I knew that fireworks are dangerous and not to play with fire. he is technically a child but he definitely should know better. and I highly doubt that he was being taken advantage of by those crypto scammers. I think he saw an opportunity to make money and took it. even at 17, he should know that NFTs and crypto are basically scams and how to be responsible with him platform, it's not like being a streamer is a new thing, so he should have known. just because he's 17 does not mean he's an idiot.

I never really liked Speed to begin with, his content was just really boring in my eyes and he felt annoying more than fun. But the more I see of him, the less I like him. All he does is just offend people for a quick laugh, do the most offensive shit possible but as soon as someone calls him out, he is the victim. He nearly killed his own mother, "Chat wanted me to". He helped out with a scam "Who said I am a scammer?!" while banning everyone saying he is one. There is just so many things where Speed has had a chance to show that he actually wants to improve and show that he can be a role model, but no, he keeps on getting worse and more offensive each day. this kid is gone too far, i am wondering why he still not cancelled..
@BoatsBigDay11 ай бұрын
Because any sort of "canceling" isn't gonna really effect him or his audience. His online presence is built by all the bad shit he does, he doesn't pretend to be 'good' aka not bad and misogynistic, so there's no surprise factor when videos like this come out. Everyone who supports him already knew about all this and its the reason they support him, so someone (or millions of "someone"s) pointing out this bad behavior isn't gonna change their mind about any of it. Its why mfs like Andrew Tate still have a following, despite being THOROUGHLY canceled for VERY bad things, and yet creators with a more wholesome (or at least not terrible) internet presence can lose massive amounts of their followings at the slightest controversy.
