Ishq-e-mareez nahi... Mareez-e-ishq.. ishq-e-mareez means mareez ka ishq as in sick person ka pyaar.. mareez-e-ishq would mean love sick or ailing with love.. as in love is the disease.. which i guess you guys were going for... It is not interchangeable.. I see bollywood making this mistake a lot..independent music mein bhi language deterioration mat lao please!!!
