I have a story related to this movie. I was 7 when this movie came out, and one day when it was on TV, I had an inury on my forehead due to being hit by a rock. And then the pipe-walking scene came up and I started laughing uncontrollably, to the point that blood started seeping through the bandages. That's when my dad turned the TV off and took me for redressing. It was banned for a couple of years in my home due to that 😅

JUDAAI and ISHQ got released in the same year, and both had wealthy people or people with wealth in their minds despising the poor or their lifestyle. Also, GOLMAAL AGAIN recreated the song 'Neend Churayee Meri' from ISHQ, and GOLMAAL AGAIN also gets serious in the second half like ISHQ

Side quest of Johnny Lever was due to his ban in the UAE. So UAE public would see the movie without JL in it and the rest of the world could still enjoy his appearance, without him being part of the story.

@@sarahsiddiqui6494⁠⁠They’ve all done shit work but people are a lot more forgiving for SRK’s shit work and have this abiding affection for him no matter what shit movie like Dilwale, Happy New Year, Pathaan type shit he keeps making, probably because of his off-screen persona. Salman clearly has an equally die-hard fanbase despite making mostly rubbish. Aamir never gets such a pass and is not constantly hyped probably because he has been very earnest and realistic in his acting

Hi thank you so much for making this this podcast. This is one of my favourite Childhood movie from the UK and i was Born the year Ishq Come out am like 8 months older then Ishq Tho i have alot Memeries about this movie like there a song in the album called Kaise Khaoon Kasie Ho Tum which is sadly not pictured in the movie. And allso my other all time Favourite Movie is Soldier from 1998 i love that movie aswell i hope you do a Podcast on Soldier aswell. Thank you. And i allso have an Alternative ending for Soldier its actually some Theory i cooked up. Where at the end Bobby and Preity Get Marrid and Frida Jalal who Played Bobby's Adoptive Mother In the Movie Get's a Call from the Hospital about her past which was during time she was greiving for the lose of her bio Son she gets a call from the Hospital about her giving Birth to a Baby girl 20 years early during the events of murder of Bobby's Bio Father and Dilip Tahil's Character did not want a Baby girl forced his wife to give the baby up and the Twist is Its Preity's Character who Actually is there Daughter and give her away to Subrish Oberoi who brought her up as her own. Or maybe show a flashback of this happening and Frida Jalal's Character Pleading with Dilip Talhil not to take her child away because she lost one allready.
