These comparisons are completely useless. You are using emulators for nearly all of these so none of these are accurate at all.

I prefer the Dreamcast version as it’s much closer to the arcade and contains the same voice acting from the arcade version. My biggest problem is with the GameCube and PlayStation 2 ports. The GameCube version definitely has a better resolution and is much higher quality than the PS2 version which is very blurry and not Hi-Rez at all. But that’s not even my biggest problem. My biggest problem is the fact that the voice acting in the game for many of the characters is not even close to similar to the arcade versions. Well I’m sure some people don’t have a problem with that, it’s just a Big annoyance I’ve had with the those versions which if I’m not mistaken were released by Acclaim Entertainment. The mobile version also suffers from the same problem.

Here's from worst to best PSP: Has terrible resolution and stuck on 30 FPS PS2: Pretty blur. No effort at all. Dreamcast: Some frame dips, but better than PS2. GameCube: Better Dreamcast to GameCube port than Skies of Arcadia Legends, Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle Android: Annoying touch controls. But can be fixed by connecting an Xbox controller. Sadly changed soundtrack and removed advertisements. PS3: Same soundtrack and advertisement problems as Android, but higher resolution. Xbox 360: Same as PS3. PC: Best version of the game as per usual. A good reason being that you can restore the old soundtrack and advertisements. Modders does what Sega didn't.

i dont get how people say DC is worse considering its a 1:1 port from the arcade (literally, the NAOMI machines it ran on were just bigger dreamcasts, its such a complete conversion the port accidentally kept in the BIOS loading screen)

The PS2 version is the most familiar to me, but I’ve recently been playing the DC version. What I would say is I’m surprised by the slowdown on DC version, although the game feels at home there. The draw distance on the GC version is very impressive!

I like the PS2 version the best. Played it since I was 6, maybe 7. I have 3: High Roller on OG Xbox, but I’d definitely like it if I was on PS2. I’ve played a little bit at the arcade, and it was kinda complicated. You’re using the stirring wheel & pedals instead of controllers. I’ve never played the PC version of it. And even if I did, I would suck horribly. Keyboard & mouse? ⌨️ Nah! Such a nightmare for me, and I’ll always get used with controllers. 🎮 Edit: Not only is this on Android, it’s also on Apple. I’ve never played it either, but I could download it on my phone.
