I got this reply from isinwheel. It worked for me. Please follow these steps for unlocking the max speed to 30km/h(18mph): 1)While gripping the brake handle, press the power button five times consecutively. 2)Press the power button twice to enter the first speed mode: the scooter can reach 10km/h(6mph). 3)Press the power button twice to enter the second speed mode: the scooter can reach 20km/h(12mph). 4)Press the power button twice again to enter the third speed mode:accelerate using the throttle to achieve the unlocked max speed of 30km/h(18mph). ​@@jonoh5044

My scooter only goes between Eco and Drive modes never Sport even though the icon is there on the LCD any ideas how to fix? Also is there a way to unlock speed limit?

To make it go to its full speed, you need to download the app, pair your scooter and turn the speed to max, idk how to fix the sport thing tho
