The tires are holding it back a little they should have gone with a little less aggressive tread pattern would be smoother on road and have less tire noise

Yes, on trail paths in my location is only supposed to ride 20mph max speed on ebike and e-scooter. Due to pedestrian walking on the paths.

If you’re skeptical about buying that I bought it it is perfect. I’ve had it for a few months but it’s winter now so I can’t ride it but it’s been perfect. Great to get around the neighborhood or in town.
