Should You Buy? Aiper Elite Pro Cordless Pool Cleaner

Found the Aiper Elite Pro to spend way to much time attempting to clean the walls instead of the bottom of the pool where the sediment settles (should have been programmed to stay on the bottom of the pool about 80% of the initial charge time). Often stops and reverses for minor changes such as coming from the deep end of my inground pool to the point it levels out at the shallow end, it thought the change in pitch was a problem (yet climbs walls) instead of pushing through until it does not move forward for 3-5 seconds (resistance, not pitch change). Returned it and ordered the Aiper Seagull Pro which as a selector switch for bottom, sides, and automatic (bottom and walls), and is available for pre-order (as of today 26MAR2023), shipping to be announced.

What are those other contraptions, the one with rhe hose, you have in the pool. Could you explain those? Do you have a video?

I was excited but then, it just got stuck on the bottom step over and over....reached out for support and no response. Reached out for directions for a return and complete silence I have been ghosted. So I contacted the CC company and they never even responded to the dispute...free unit available you just pay shipping.

If you give me the dimensions, weight, etc... of the box, I'll investigate shipping costs. Also would need the city being shipped from. I tried to give a guy a free motorcycle fender a couple of years ago, I gave him all the information to go online and check UPS and FedEx and USPS... he was so dense that he gave up and asked me to figure shipping costs of the very lightweight fender. Needless to say, I was fed up with his laziness and just eventually threw it in the trash. $150 Honda Shadow motorcycle fender that I couldn't even GIVE away lol

Question : I have a pool bench in the water , what are chances of this getting stuck ? Do they have a good return policy ?

0 seconds ago just received the 3000. Although I like it VERY much I have a problem that I have not been able to solve. It gets stuck on my “WaterWay Drain Cover.” My pool is new and the drain covers meet all new requirements for safety . I’ve been told to add two 2”x2” foam blocks to assist the vacuum in climbing over the drains. Unless I can find an easy fix I’m afraid mind is going to be sent back.

Try talking about the prices more. For the price of these and battery life,I'd stick with my deck brush and net skimmer.

I can’t see this brush as good as a manual brush. You can see your calcium buildup and stains. If you do regular maintenance, cleaning doesn’t take long.
