Big home but not worth 800,000 plus with upgrades through the builder.. I would upgrade stair rails to a metal type vs the wood. Nice flooring and it's needed in loft area as well. That room will get a lot of foot traffic....

Atleast with Lennar what you see is mostly what you get for the price. Why even say starting at 600k and show a 800k house lmao

My 2020 Lennar (pre-COVID) home is the worst built house I’ve ever seen. It’s so bad that the neighborhood is engaged in a construction defect lawsuit against them.
