Islam and Love

Allah, God is also Al Wadood or the most loving. The Holy Quran teaches Muslims that husband and wife are like garments for each other. The love between them should be kept private as it is very special, and deeper than just romantic love. Extra-marital relations in the same way are not part of Islam’s teachings.
The Holy Prophet Muhammad taught his followers to treat their wives well, and he was a most excellent example in this regard.
