When Jesus pbuh left this world, Christianity had no authority. That's why his teaching got corrupted after he left. But while Prophet Mohammed pbuh, was alive he had authority in his area. His companions spread the religion of Islam with authority. That's mainstream Islamic teaching exists without corruption. This is the last religion. No other prophet is coming. So the true religion needs to be exists in order to justify justice.
