@Sourav Chakraborty There are different because they believe the teachings of shri guru Nanak dev ji, and they worship in formless god in the name of Ram ji, Krishna ji, ma Durga But we believe in human form of that formless god who came to earth to protect humanity, such as Krishna ji(Complete God), Ram ji. That is the only difference so if they are saying they are different then yes method of worship are different and one must always choose a Guru that calms their mind and body The difference is that they choose Guru nanak dev ji teachings. How this muslim guy has the audacity to pick a line out of Guru Granth Sahib Ji and claim to understand what it means baffles me, especially to someone (jagraj) who knows the scripture inside out. He just did exactly what a lot of atheists today do to the koran which is pick verses out without reading the whole passage, and making claims about the religion with little or no knowledge of the context in which it was written. Take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors" lmao.....then he would start complaining "bro, youre taking it out of context!!!" .......The other gentlemen was more professional, and was able to ask an appropriate question...as to why GGSJ tells muslims to follow the koran and bible, etc.......thats a tough question, and unfortunately you had to answer on the spot which is very difficult.....I think you would of came up with a better answer if you had more time. This is nothing new it is a habitual activity of some Muslims to misquote religions for the benefit of their own misguided uninformed dawah. A learned individual constantly has to put them in their place with the most civilised evidence based discourse discounting their claims. At this juncture since the consciousness of the world is increasing they are desperately holding onto the belief that theirs is the only way and that all else are unbelievers. This is why it takes more than one muslim to profess their version of the truth using trending buzzwords and rehearsed responses to validate and intellectualise their debate. Next time you speak to a muslim street preacher or otherwise simply say "show me where it says that in the koran".

Don't play into their hands as this is what they want so that they can cry "islamophobia" through persecution baiting exercises and so use the support of liberals to gain more sympathy to effect change specific to only themselves and their ideology. They are running scared now as truth, intelligence and rational thinking is showing them for who they really are. Historically their tactics follow the course: Convert by the the sword (terror) and more recently the intellectual debate and inconsistent apologetics for their peoples behaviour as they try to desperately align themselves to the evolving world. The question is why would something need to be forced with tactics to spread it...if it is claimed to be the only truth? Its no point challenging them with your own beliefs as after some reading and rational thinking it is quite easy to debate and question their logic and thinking.

Sikhism was originated during the period of Muslim atrocities in India. And therefore, many Hindus feared practicing their religion openly. So, many Hindus worshiped their God behind closed doors and pretended to be a Muslim in public. Through those lines, which the Muslim guy was quoting, Guru Granth actually asking Hindus not to fear and practice their religion openly and end this hypocrisy. And this is a very beautiful message from our guru. And by the attitude and body language of that Muslim guy, I can say that he is very hostile.

But we have a slightly similar word "Shambhu" which is used for Lord Shiva. i know that Sambo originally Zambo is a derogatory label for a person of African descent in the Spanish language. But this kind of word is not used in Indian languages. However, after the Islamic invasion, "Habashi, a word from the Persian language, started being used in North-Western India, which also means the same thing. But yeah, basically such words do not exist in India and its origin languages.

Gurus read the immense "Hindu" scriptures available. Which gave the path to spirituality which is forefront in Sikhi. All of the concepts of letting others follow their wishes and not converting others is imbedded in Hinduism/Sanatan Dharma philosophies. Infact hinduism isnt a religion, its a dharma. So? It doesn't mean Sikhism religion is true though, does it? I understand you are trying to be kind but comments like that may encourage Sikhs to think they are following the right religion when in reality they couldn't be any further away from the truth! Sikhism is a man made religion with both Hinduism and Islam mixed together. They follow their own desires and make their own rules! @@ImSadiaNadeem nah. we were always tiny, Judaism, unlike Islam or christianity, is far more similar to Sikhism, since we DON'T believe everyone should become Jews so that the "good end of the world" prophecy would come true, or even that only Jews go to heaven. we believe good people (that are good to their friends and family) are the ones that go to heaven. so that's why WE DON'T ASPIRE to he a big religion, it's not what Judaism or Hebrewism made for. Judaism is more of a way of life than just a religion. and don't worry, since the making of Israel the Jewish population TRIPLED itself 🙂 so I think we're gonna be fine as long as G d would keep being with us. we're not dying out, in the holocaust we were dying out, now? now we're rebuilding and creating anew our homeland and nation, so, I believe that we're gonna be fine as long as we'll help each other and bring more light to this world 🙂🕊 but thank you for your concern.

I was born in the Sanatani community. Sikh Gurus are our Gurus and our protector. My Grandmother always told us to go to Gurudwara to thank the Gurus with gratitude.
