What? The UFC does decide (match make) bit the fighters ultimately decide to take the fight (sign the contract) and NO ONE wants to fight these Dagistanis fighters. Khabib, Islam now Umar, they ALL had the same problem. They all called everyone out and I'm sure the UFC tried because they have to honour the 3 fight a year contract but it is upto fighter to sign the contract. I've heard that their management has had to offer more money to opponents to take fights.
