Salam Alaikum @ 6 minutes the sound improves massively. Fascinating talk - us Christians and Muslims have a lot in common, it's a shame we are divided by the idea of the trinity - a confusing and what I believe to be a non biblical way we have tried to reconcile the mystery of our unknowable and incomprehensible creator, and what I perceived as a misunderstanding of who Jesus was. For me, the beauty of Tolkiens work is that, despite it being a deeply religious work, it is not allegory. He was able to weave deep religious themes of hope, love redemption, forgiveness, mercy and faith along with the idea of sin without overtly proclaiming or pushing his own faith. I think is great because even though Tolkien was a Roman Catholic, the story can be appreciated by any Monotheist because the story is written out of a reverence for God. The master of the Universe and Lord of all creation.
