Do they scan handcarry or checkin luggage?

Thank you for watching my video! Mostly, they don't scan the luggage, but sometimes they do. There are machines for scanning after luggage collection, but they didn't scan anyone in front of us when we arrived. You can see this in the video as well. I got the sim from outside after passing motorway from some local store was not available at airport 😏
