Since’s it’s quite taxing to run four servers, and when playing solo, I tend to only launch the master and either the caves if for most of the playthrough I stay in the forest or the archipelago with perhaps the volcano if I plan on spending an extended time in Shipwrecked. If the master is the forest and Altar has been awoken there are permanent full moons in the Archipelago and Volcano, so that’s neat. Wanda is an addicting character because using the backtrack watch to hop between server shards is soo overpowered. Like seriously I kinda feel bummed that I can’t enjoy other characters, having to give up on such a convenience.

This was so easy to follow! Finally got this set up for my dst world! Really hope the IA team could release the hamlet mod as well! Any ideas if it’s being worked on?

you can see when they do commits to the public hamlet repo. just be sure to look at the branches subtab because it's quite common to have a major refactor/change/large scale features to be done on a branch then merged in when it is done. makes coding stuff easier when you have 6,8 or 10-12 people doing things on the same project.

Yeah I did a Walani run in SW back when they did the big DS update last year. I generally prefer DST runs because it’s still being actively developed and there’s new content to show off but DS will always have a special place on the channel.

how to change server generation settings? when i change them and click "show world" there instead of forest and caves two forests and caves do not work

It types that Caves and Volcano can not connect to master by some reason

When I try to generate the cluster token nothing is appearing in the DoNotStarveTogether folder

Do you have a numbered folder inside your game save folder? Sometimes it writes to there. Anyways you can also generate a cluster token at accounts.klei.com and create a new server.

The Cluster_IA from the IA template files? It should be wherever you unzipped it to.

Nodecraft only supports up to two shards at the moment.

when press the startiaserver.bat file it says it cant find dont starve_dedicated_server_x64 make sure you typed it in correctly do you have any idea what this may be? sorry to be anoying

Check your file path for SteamCMD in your startup script and verify that the location is correct.
