you need to schedule that guy to look into your engine and fix it, those were amazing repairs.

Great to see that you had an awesome time on my island. I randomly came across your channel and enjoyed the content. The Indian River vid was amazing, no jinx from Calypso:).

I have mostly sailed motorless boats bought after having seen your journey from the beginning when you bought yours, Perkins engines scare me. PS regarding the winch and oil spill be kind to yourself. You’re not dumb at all.. just a guy in a new environment learning things.

Good thinking! Spare parts for future repairs. Maybe checking for the ones that may be difficult to acquire when traveling. Excellently done! Good job! Thanks for the update señor😊

If Igna hasn't fixed it, it's cause it aint' been invented yet!!! He's a legend indeed, there's a movie about him, simply called "IGNA". I've not watched it, but I need to find it and download it

When you see how reasonable it is to get some things fixed in the Caribbean (not all things, I know since I’m from Barbados), it makes you wonder why it costs a minimum of $125 an hour for labor in the US. I get it, cost of living ain’t cheap, but it ain’t cheap to live in the Caribbean either. But to get things fixed at a reasonable rate makes boating enjoyable too.

@ChasingGrace21 Chase, I hope your ok brother, Jolly Roger, and I have been missing your videos! I really hope your girlfriend is ok. I heard about the super yatch sinking in Europe and hope that has nothing to do with your daily posts. We miss you and Charley and hope to see or hear from you soon. Guess it's time to give you some real support on Patreon. Miss you, brother, fair winds, and following seas.

Hey mate, why don't you add some snap shackles to the attachment points in your tender. Would make getting it disconnected easy!

Guy’s an amazing mechanic. I asked on another vlog about having your dog aboard, can you explain what you need when you come to these places for him?

Is that the return line from the injectors back to the filter. Maybe that could be a flexible hose/ hydraulic grade.

Check at 3am, was subscribed! Watched this video was not subscribed any longer. Well done on fix. The diesel shouldn't be that rough at idle. You have more air leaks.
@ChasingGrace215 ай бұрын
its roughest at idle which I don't understand. as soon as she has some rpm's it smooths out. Thoughts?
@Brad.whatthe5 ай бұрын
@@ChasingGrace21firstly make sure all your engine mount bolts and all the mounting brackets are still tight after running them for a while, they can loosen after bedding in, or turn the idle adjustment up a little bit at a time till a bit smoother, not too much though

Could be a slight timing issue on the injection pump. Or as previously mentioned and 😊 leak. Check all the copper washers at all the fuel line terminations. If there is a nick or dimple in a washer, it will cause issues.
@PaulHarrington-j9w5 ай бұрын
It looks like your fuel filter bracket is loose? causing the line to crack. Good luck!
