As someone who visit there often I love it there it’s so peaceful but I usually stay on the nc side but it’s always a great time wether I’m fishing or swimming it’s a beautiful place and I’m extremely lucky to call it home and not live far

I was considering kayaking this lake this weekend, can you tell me where you launched from?

There's a parking lot next to the lake near the downtown square. From what I remember, I googled it and it was also near a boat ramp. I also think it was free. Sorry, that's the best I can do

@@buildthedream77 Thanks. We may launch from Towns County Boat Ramp and paddle north to cross the state line. Kayaking from Georgia to North Carolina. I think you all paddled south. Was the rope north or south of the bridge?

@@Kayak7seas The rope was south of the bridge (in Georgia section of the lake. It was somewhere across the Towns county Beach.
