I will preface my remarks because I bought my timeshare 18 years ago at Island Links Are you moving into the condo for a few months ? Didn’t think so. The condo is nicely located on Hilton Head. It’s a Gold Crown condo. You two, as reviewers are so picky about the condo and say so many negative things Families are most likely staying for 1 week and I highly doubt that they will be spending much of the time in the condo. You completely ignored the superb amenities on grounds and throughout Hilton Head. If these condos are so terrible, why are they “booked” months and months ahead??? If you want to watch tv and spend most of your time in the condo, go ahead. The rest of us will be thrilled with the condos location, the amenities, and the great memories made during a Family vacation. Why would I subscribe to you? Best advice I can give you, stay home and enjoy your wide screen Tv ( if you own one) and make breakfast, lunch & dinner. Our Family will love the condo, spend great times at the beautiful pool, the wonderful beach, the many restaurants and bike rides, etc. etc. My wife & I love our week with our daughters, their husbands & kids ( our Grandkids)!!! Not a very fair & certainly not a comprehensive review of Island Links & Hilton Head! Plz just stay home!!!!

I would stay there. 3 teenagers myself and hubby. Would you mind giving an estimate cost for 7 nights ??? How close is the ocean ?? Walking or driving distance ??

We've stayed at this resort several times. It's nice, nothing spectacular but nice. For a 3 bdrm for 7 nights, depending on season, it's probably around $2K for a week. Palmera often runs deals so you may be able to get it cheaper. This resort is not close to the ocean, about a 5 minute bike ride. The resort provides a shuttle to the beach but depending on the season and time of day it can fill up quickly and you may find yourself waiting and waiting for another shuttle. There is paid parking at the beach location that the resort uses so you can drive if you prefer. Overall it's a nice place to stay on the island.
