I can never understand why any of your videos get a "thumbs down" , maybe this video because someone was expecting you to smoke a bowl ( which by the way is ok with me) but all of your videos are so honest and refreshing. I believe it makes everyone watching want to be there with you, even when you're making repairs. Keep on keeping on Billy, Cierra, and Jetty!!!!!!

On! On! I think it’s great you two discovered the joys of hashing. It has a rich history and tradition. Where we live in Atlanta used to have a hash every Memorial Day weekend. 150 people from all over the world came to our little neighborhood and laid trails all over. Great bunch of folks. Glad you didn’t finish DFL!

Hashes are so fun!! We did one with my parents in Vietnam a few years back. A walk through the jungle and rice patties with a huge drinking session at the end with fun rules like newbies have to sit on a block of ice while chugging a pint, and if you wear new shoes on the hike (which my brother did), you have to drink a beer out of it once you've run in them. Good times, great episode! 😀

Haha that sounds amazing! And a shoey to top it all off. We used to have to do that in college with dirty smelly rugby cleats...

When we lived on Okinawa from 86 to 89, there was a Hash House Harriers event every Saturday morning. It was mostly military, but everyone seemed to have a great time.

Hashing originated in December 1938 in Selayang Quarry, Selangor, then in the Federated Malay States (now Malaysia), when a group of British colonial officers and expatriates began meeting on Monday evenings to run

Hash Hash Harriers is a well-known term in the diplomatic community. Hashing originated in December 1938 in Selayang Quarry, Selangor, then in the Federated Malay States (now Malaysia), when a group of British colonial officers and expatriates began meeting on Monday evenings to run, in a fashion patterned after the traditional British paper chase or "hare and hounds." In many countries you can seek out a British Embassy and they can tell you there's a local Hash.

Absolutely loved this!! So jealous of, and delighted for, you! I love hashing, though I'm a relative beginner of about 30 hashes. "The first rule of hashing is that there are no rules", "The second rule is that you do what the GM tells you"! Always, always fun, no matter what your ability is. Another sub-heading most Hash groups (Hash House Harriers, or H3) use is "A drinking club with a running problem" ... drinking can mean water, juice, beer, wine .... etc

Great video! That was our "Eleventy-Eleven" (1111) Hash in Grenada. The trail was a little brutal, seeing that it was one of our bigger hashes planned for the year. BTW, the "Hash house" in the group's name comes from the nickname for a cheap restaurant, like the one where hashing originally started. "Grab De Pussy" - GH3 Ex-Hashmaster
