A few things to consider A small studio of around 50 people are making this game. Budgets & manpower differ between studios. Not every game can be or has to be cutting edge. Game making is about compromise. Let’s pretend you got everything you wanted visually. That’s going to cut into other areas of the game. The team most likely came to the conclusion that they want to focus on other areas of game because that’s what important to them. There’s also a work in progress stamp on that bottom so there’s that.
