Vostok watches have the best crown wobble ever, they are a horological wonder tbh. The fighter jet on the caseback reminds me of an R.A.F Vulcan bomber, now out of service. Enjoyed the video Dr Bill, thanks & best wishes from Scotland 👍

I believed the hype about LIW until I purchased a Southold. The head of the watch was mid tier and the bracelet bottom tier. If I hadn't picked it up on sale, it would have really frosted my knickers. I have since sold that watch and do not regret it. There is an illusion that LIW is Moses bringing affordable horology at quality above the price point down from Mt. Sinai to the masses. I disagree Thanks for the review Dr. Bill.

I have an ISL 141 that I would be willing to part with at some point. I hope it hasn't lost too much value. I paid $340 for, and I am afraid I paid too much for what it is.

Geez that lug shot on the inside looks like raw steel. How lazy and cheapo can brands get? No company will watch these videos knowing how to improve a bad watch and beat the competition, so the curse continues within the industry. Roughly half of steel sport watches have a wobbly crown. I've got a couple like that out of the factory. Nothing in the world wobbling is "normal". That's just salesman euphemisms for "just rev it up when you turn it on".
