@@JK-g62 haha, thank you. It was never really a song I thought twice about, I knew of it, and I loved Dolly as a kid. That’s what I love about playing covers though, as you have probably experienced yourself in those 4 decades, sometimes only by playing a song do you really get a feel for what’s under the hood. And some songs really take me by surprise at how enjoyable they are to do. This was one!

This is a testament to just HOW GREAT this group is. I am not a Fan of this song, but am a massive fan of Darren & the gang ❤. I listened to it several times & voilà I LOVED it. They didn't replicate the other duets before them. SHAUN & NIKKI brought it to a different level. Their chemistry as people who genuinely like/respect each other shone. CRAFTY didn't know this song, but because he is Such a PRO he stepped up like he Always does & he's FUNNY 😆. SIL did what is characteristic of them. They made it theirs. I will be the first to admit that I never liked people singing other people's music due to that I don't do well with change for some reason. Until I discovered your band on KZbin. I am 62 y/o and never was able to grow past the 80's era of music..Finding bands that can perform those songs was difficult for me. If you are a band that does very well with making the song sound original I also took the time to stick around after the show to tell them how much I enjoyed the show and how great they sound. Your band surpasses any other band that I have ever heard sounding as close to the original artist and music. You do such a fantastic job that I can actually picture the original artist singing the original music video. Coming from me, a music lover is truly a wonderful compliment! 🫵😄.Your band is not just good. IT'S INCREDIBLE!! 👏😁 👏😀 BRAVO! BRAVO!! I have been searching for a band here in central TX that does as well of a job as your band does with the classic music with no luck.

I think it's great they tried this song as it is good to hear other renditions of it. It is a great song and has great vibes to it. Their performance is well ok, they need to put more oomph into it. Now that I have listened to it, I see what makes Dolly and Kenny so f@#$$#g good at what they do. They just bring that song to life. The Dolly Kenny version is a true work of art. When you got talent it just shines true.
