All I can say is wow! I don’t eat meat but I was scrolling through YT for salmon recipies for my two little ones who are picky eaters, they absolutely loved it and not one piece of the salmon was left behind even I myself wanted to take a bite lol. I tried this recipe out today😍 so good my fiancé loved it too! I would recommend cooking on medium low heat if you have a lot of seasoning. I had to clean my pan before cooking the sauce because the seasoning was burning, thankfully the salmon wasn’t burnt.

Try a high fat, and carnivore diet. BBBE(Beef,butter,bacon,eggs). As well as broccoli, asparagus, brussle sprouts, cauliflower, nuts. Stay away from peas, carrots, breads, honey, agave, white potatoes, white rice, sweets in general. You can reverse your type 2 diabetes if thats what you have.
