I made this last night and it was very easy. I will say I’ll need to turn the heat down not to over cook but enough to sear well. I found at high heat by the time you get all bites flipped the end result ends up being well to well done and a good steak deserves to be a safe pink in the middle! I made some fried rice for the first time also to go with it and everything was a home run. Thank you again.

I’m trying your butter steak with lots of garlic right now I had to freeze it just a bit so I can get nice even pieces and that I don’t have any paprika and I wasn’t leaving his house until tomorrow. That’s when I go back to work so I would definitely let you know how this turned out. It smells good already though and I want a tiny bit further I put some nice mushrooms and onions, in my very tender steak thank you so much for sharing all your recipes.
