Really enjoyed video and loved the drone footage! We are heading over on Friday for a week, to spend some time close to Beinn Bheigeir. Any tips? Any tips for kids too? Got a 5 year old!

There is so much to do, particularly for the kids! I have been coming to Islay my whole life (speaking to Calum) and loved exploring the island as a child 😁 Things you must see are obviously the beaches (Machair bay, Lossit Bay, Singing Sands, etc.) You could take the children to the Museum of Islay life in Port Charlotte and you also have the Natural History Trust, that's also in Port Charlotte. I remember it being great fun. If you want to do a good walk that not many people know about you could walk up to Stoisha House, it's pretty cool. We done a video on that place. Hope this is helpful and hope you have a fantastic trip 😁

Hi Roksana and Calum, we (my wife and I) always have a blast watching your videos. And for second year we are flying back to Islay 🥃. Now my wife bought a dron (thx to u guys) and she is planning to film around while I'm exploring the distilleries. Quick question, would you fly your drone from Bruichladdich all across the sea to Bowmore? Would you know the straight distance? Thanks so much and looking forward to seeing you again this July.

Hi Guys glad you are enjoying our videos, new one out tomorrow if all goes well 😁 Aw its a shame we are not on Islay still as it would have been nice to have met you two. One the drone flying advise, we are probably not the best people to ask 😆 Our drone is currently stuck up the top of a mountain in Switzerland thanks to me (Calum) 🙄 However I personally wouldn't risk that distance, not sure exactly how far it in but its quite far.

We are going to be heading to Islay at some point this year, wondering if there are many places to park up and spend the night? I'm a bit of a whisky nerd also, which will enhance the visit. I know there is a campsite just down the road from the distillery where you work. Thanks for sharing and your van build is epic, all the best to you both👍

Thank you for your comment 😊 when your over to Islay, make sure to pop in to Bruichladdich so we can give you some ideas where to park up and give you a wee dram 😊 campsites are great but there are also a good few places where you can park up with no problem at all.
