Isle of Wight St Helens

I lived at the top of "The diggings" from around 1953 (ish) to around 1960. A wonderful place to spend my childhood with my two brothers. The house was eventually sold when my mum died in 1989.

Very nostalgic. My grandfather lived in St Helens in the 1960s and we visited regularly. I remember it so well from the ground but this has given me a totally different perspective. Can't wait to show my mother.
