Thank you for letting us know the lot size and monthly HOA fees. That's the main part that a lot of realtors miss out on. I liked the Canoe Creek homes better than this one.

No Emiliano, the aren’t customers builders. We need to define a floor plan with structural options. These days, though, many builders are doing specs.

No Emiliano they are not custom builders. Each floor plan might have options though. However at this time builders are doing a lot of spec building.
