Love this lesson - as a drummer also I loved the drumming analogy! Ghost notes and accents are staple of drumming, so it's nice to be able to apply these techniques to the piano. Stevie Wonder is also a great drummer, so it's easy to see where he got some of the rhythmic inspiration for this song.Yet another of your tutorials I'm going to have a go at!

Great tutorial! This type of rhythmic playing between the hands reminds me a lot of what a drummer would do between the ride and snare in a swing/soul style. Accents on the backbeat, and the triplets between the hands like ghost notes on a snare. 😁
