I am glad that you announce the notes for the song. By which I mean what note to draw and what note to blow. I am blind and cannot see the screen so I will not be able to follow any visual instructions. Therefore you announcing the notes is of great help! Only one thing to add, if you could slow down when announcing the notes it would be much easier to follow. I have to keep rewinding the video during listening to it to be able to get all the notes. Appreciate your extended support in my journey to learn the harmonica

Hey Liam. I love your lessons. I've been playing for about 15 yrs (self taught among other instruments}. This was one of my top 3 songs master on the harp....then I felt I was validated, I mean Stevie is my harp idol for many reasons. Hi Martti, yes that's correct. The song is in C so that's the 7 blow note on a C harmonica.

Hi Terry. The tab can be played on any key harmonica, it's just that you will be playing it in a different key depending on the key of harmonica you choose. That's the beauty of the harmonica tab system, we don't have to transpose the music (i.e. change what we're playing) to play the song in a different key, we just pick up a different harp. A low E harmonica will allow you to play the song in the original key. Cheers. Liam

the pitch on my C harmonica is higher than the notes you are playing. I presume you are using another harmonica and had the Tabs transposed for C.

I was using a custom-made harmonica from Sugar Cain who I don’t think makes them any more, sorry! Any diatonic harmonica will be fine 😎

What was that little technique that you did with the 6 draw in the second last line (6:18)? Was that a drawbend or something different?

I do a little bit of a bend - what I call a 'scoop' where I start on a bit of a bend and then release it to get the natural note. There's also some vibrato on the note (see my lesson on vibrato: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHi5oIKMht52mcU). Hope this helps! Cheers. Liam
