I fell that helps with the whole message of the song, I’ve recontextualized a bit of the song in the way of “would you put your phone down” in the way of, putting your phone down would help you be happier, like the person is so distracted in their phone but if you put your phone down you’ll be way less sad

Interesting, on the Zach Sang show the phrase “Don't you love it, don't you love it? No, I ain't happy yet. But I'm way less sad” they originally wrote for a song they were going to give to Kygo. And the horns were sampled from the song My Little Town by Simon & Garfunkel that caught their attention 12 years ago.

i loves this part of the tour! we saw it in Cincinnati on the 23rd and it was THE BEST concert i have ever been to. very nice view, mxmtoon was fun, all of it was awesome and merch lines were not even lines, they were so short. it was so good that all the ajr songs are stuck in my head constantly. 10/10 experience!
